- Payment data processed by Stripe (we don't store card details)
- Your progress in courses and completed lessons
- Session data to keep you logged in

- To manage your account and access to the platform
- To process payments and manage subscriptions
- To send you service-related communications
- To improve the platform experience
4. Legal basis
Data processing is based on the performance of the service contract (access to the platform) and on your consent for marketing communications.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while you have an active account. If you delete your account, your data is erased within 30 days at most, unless we're legally required to keep it.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data and to object to its processing. To exercise them, write to info@gmtomassosa.com.
