1. Description of the service

GM Tomás Sosa's platform offers recorded chess courses, training plans and study material. Access depends on the plan you choose.

2. Registration and account

To access the content you must create an account with a valid email. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential. Sharing access with other people is not allowed.

3. Membership and payments

• Membership plans renew automatically at the end of each period
• You can cancel at any time from your profile; access continues until the end of the paid period
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices include VAT where applicable

4. Refund policy

We offer a full refund within 3 days of your first subscription if you're not satisfied with the service. To request one, write to info@gmtomassosa.com.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the platform (videos, texts, images, PGN) is the property of Tomás Valentín Sosa. Reproducing, distributing or using it commercially without express permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee specific results in chess performance. We're not responsible for technical interruptions beyond our control.
